Job summary

Fermi America is seeking a Construction Manager to act as the owner's field representative for Project Matador in Texas. You will direct EPC and construction contractors, own the area execution plan, and maintain first-hand progress awareness across active fronts.

In this field leadership role, you will identify constraints, coordinate with engineering, procurement, permits, and owner furnished equipment, and drive constructability improvements to meet safety, schedule, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM/CS/engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience on large industrial projects.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management role with direct accountability.
• Experience directing EPC or construction contractors from the owner side.

Responsibilities

• Direct EPC/construction contractors as the owner's field representative.
• Own the construction execution plan for the assigned area.
• Maintain first-hand progress understanding of all active fronts.
• Identify and clear constraints with owner organization.
• Lead constructability reviews and drive actions.
