Job summary

KBR’s Exploration & Logistics unit seeks a Project Lead to ensure successful execution of ILS2 task orders across the USINDOPACOM area. You’ll develop project plans, coordinate site surveys, manage resources, and oversee activities from initiation through closeout, aligning with government requirements.

The role requires coordinating logistics, facilities, platforms, and mission-enabling tasks while keeping projects on schedule, within scope, and within budget. Contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree may be required in some disciplines.
• Secret clearance.
• Experience managing projects through all lifecycle phases.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management principles, scheduling, risk, and performance reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects in support of ILS2 Task Order requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and execute Project Plans (PPs) to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
• Coordinate Pre-Deployment Site Surveys (PDSS), resource planning efforts, and operational execution activities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, performance, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and integrate logistics, facilities, platforms, and mission-enabling activities as required.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between program leadership, Government stakeholders, and supporting organizations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to support successful execution.
• Prepare project documentation, status updates, After-Action Reports (AARs), and Monthly Status Report (MSR) inputs.
• Ensure project activities are executed efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with mission requirements and contractual objectives.
