For Hawaii, the expected salary range is $58,400–$87,600, with compensation based on experience and location. The position is contingent upon award of the contract; strong MS Office and reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 6+ years of related experience.
• Secret clearance.
• Experience in program administration, communications, or information management.
• Experience preparing reports and business communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, formatting, distribution, and maintenance of program reports and briefings.
• Coordinate internal and external communications for timely information sharing.
• Maintain documentation repositories, distribution lists, and information systems.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality of program messaging and documentation.
• Facilitate information flow across logistics, sustainment, and contingency operations.
• Assist with transition activities by maintaining communication processes and records.
• Track and organize program documentation for accessibility and compliance.
• Support meetings, action-item tracking, and other admin functions.
