Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field with relevant certification.
• Surveyor in Training (SIT) Certification is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Survey Equipment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and Trimble equipment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Preference for 2+ years surveying experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.

• Prepare ALTA surveys and flood elevation certificates.
• Perform deed research, survey computations, and QA/QC reviews

Join our team to perform a range of in-office and field tasks supporting land surveying projects. This role involves client consultation, proposal preparation, directing field crews, overseeing survey components of civil projects, and conducting survey calculations and plan preparation. You’ll ensure high-quality deliverables, timely documentation, and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients and internal teams

Direct field and technical staff

Conduct fieldwork using GPS and conventional methods

Prepare ALTA surveys, flood elevation certificates, and survey plans

Perform deed research, survey computations, and QA/QC reviews

Use AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble equipment, and related software

Participate in project meetings and manage documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Surveying or related field with certification

Surveyor in Training (SIT) Certification

Valid driver’s license

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, Trimble Survey Equipment

Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred:

2+ years of surveying experience
