Responsibilities
The sponsor requires a Contracts Portfolio Analyst with experience in sponsor acquisition planning and execution and knowledge of contract types used by the Federal Government to support the duties of a Government Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR). The analyst will help assess the health of contracts in execution, develop acquisition approaches, and assist in drafting artifacts to enable successful acquisitions.
