SAP EWM Support Consultant I (Entry-Level to Mid-Level)

Location: Remote (No Travel Required)

Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required to obtain a security clearance

As an SAP EWM Consultant I, you will join our sustainment team to support post-Go-Live activities and troubleshoot live system issues for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). This is a great opportunity for consultants with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to grow and develop within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in hypercare support after SAP EWM Go-Live
  • Monitor and report basic system issues; escalate complex problems
  • Perform root cause analysis with guidance from senior team members
  • Work on support tickets and track resolutions
  • Help document troubleshooting procedures

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of SAP EWM experience
  • Background in logistics, IT, MIS, or related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of SAP SDLC
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under supervision
  • U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain U.S. Security clearance)
