The opportunity supported by our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires:

The Senior ServiceNow System Analyst acts as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team. The analyst translates business requirements and represents stakeholders throughout all lifecycle phases (planning, development, and release).

Essential Duties include:

• Developing business and system requirements, process flows, and test plans using ServiceNow best practices.
• Supporting quality assurance within the ServiceNow development lifecycle through functional testing and leading/coordination of User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders.
• Participating in technical review sessions.
• Assisting in and/or leading scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, etc.
• Participating in project planning, prioritization meetings, build/deploy activities, and other priorities.
• Managing complexity from large projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Working directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating with peers to coordinate technology solution delivery.
• Developing solutions and executing planned changes with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Balancing individual work with team and client success across multiple projects.
• Coaching and mentoring team members as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• 5+ years of professional services experience.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, including:
• Hands-on experience with core applications like ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, or HR.
• Building reports and dashboards.
• Understanding business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and data policies.
• Modifying form and list views.
• Managing Visual Task Boards.

Additional skills include understanding business processes, SDLC, Agile practices, excellent communication, strong analytical skills, prioritization, customer focus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA).
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
• ScrumMaster (CSM) or Leading SAFe certification.
• Knowledge of Managed Service Providers.
• PMI-PBA or IIBA CBAP certification.

Pay and Benefits:

The salary range is $84,500 - $126,700 per year. Additional earnings may come from incentives like bonuses or profit sharing.
