Job summary

Allegion's Stanley Access Technologies division in Chino, CA seeks an Installation Coordinator to manage local customer projects, coordinating with the Territory Manager and Operations to deliver on time, per scope and within budget. You will lead comprehensive project planning, schedule labor, finalize closeout documents, and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• ,High school diploma or GED required;
• Project coordinator experience in construction or industrial environments;
• Strong computer, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability;
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others;
• Ownership of larger projects and local accountability at SAT sites;
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing preferred;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with the customer and internal SAT departments
• Provide clear communications between customer and SAT departments
• Attend coordination meetings and trainings as required by customer
• Meet with customers to clarify job site requirements
• Assist in feasibility of project scope with stakeholders
• Provide take-offs and other project details for TM and Ops
• Conduct Job Site Readiness Checks and monitor schedule
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress
• Document project scope changes, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance and report to management
• Perform risk management to minimize risks
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation
• Meet budget objectives and adjust constraints
• Guide technicians and provide on-site supervision
• Develop leadership skills and grow with SAT
• Assist customer in obtaining close-out docs and signatures
• Perform other related duties as assigned
