Job summary

Allegion seeks an Installation Coordinator for Stanley Access Technologies in Chino, CA. The IC will manage local customer projects from submittal to closeout, coordinating with Territory Managers, Operations, and customers to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Strong collaboration and leadership are essential. The role focuses on detailed planning, customer liaison, and ensuring documentation and payment processes are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a project coordinator in a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with the customer and SAT departments.
• Provide clear communications between customer and SAT teams.
• Attend coordination meetings and trainings as required by the customer.
• Meet with customers to clarify job site requirements.
• Assist in feasibility of project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Provide take-offs and other project details for TM and Ops.
• Site readiness checks to ensure the schedule is followed.
• Develop a detailed project plan with IC to monitor progress.
• Coordinate and document changes to scope, schedule, costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize risks.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Meet budget objectives and adjust constraints as needed.
• Provide on-site supervision and guidance to technicians.
