Allegion’s Stanley Access Technologies division in Wixom, MI is seeking an Install Technician. The role focuses on installing and servicing automatic doors, recording time, and maintaining equipment and records on customer sites.

AAADM certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required. The position offers opportunities to work with a nationwide security and door-access portfolio, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs and work in various climates.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation or service work as designated in a profitable and proper manner.
• Record productive time versus travel time.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to the service program for the customer.
• Maintain accurate work records and parts used; follow procedures.
• Keep updated on changes to Stanley equipment and ANSI 156.10 standards.
