Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in setup-related or PM roles.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in Clinical Research, Central Lab or PM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Project Initiation and lead a team.
• Coordinate setup of new or amended clinical trials across departments.
• Develop tools to monitor process effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Mentor and train new team members; manage performance and career development.
• Assist in hiring and interview processes for Project Initiation staff.
