Project Implementation Manager (Life Sciences – Contract to Hire)

Phillipsburg, NJ | Full-Time | Onsite with potential hybrid

$43.27–$48.08/hr | 12-month contract with potential for hire

We’re hiring a Project Implementation Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting growth, quality, and compliance at a leading life sciences organization.

In this role, you'll manage projects across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and regulatory functions — ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and fully compliant with cGMP, ISO, and FDA standards.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute projects using Microsoft Project
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage resources
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Support sister-site projects (e.g., in Kentucky) as needed
• Assist with audits and ensure regulatory readiness

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (Science, Engineering, or Project Management preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience in a regulated industry (pharma, biotech, or chemical)
• Familiarity with FDA, cGMP, ISO9000, and ICH Q7 guidelines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
