ITP (International Talent Partnership) is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for a Houston-based commercial electrical contractor. You will lead field crews, manage daily activities, and ensure safe, on-time project delivery on commercial sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial electrical construction, 2+ years as Foreman, and strong skills in reading electrical drawings, coordinating with PMs and GCs, and applying NEC standards on site. Procore experience preferred.

• At least 2 years of recent experience as an Electrical Foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety standards.
• Experience on commercial projects: ground-up, tenant improvements, multifamily, healthcare, or hospitality.

About the Role

We are working with a well-established electrical contractor in the Houston area that is looking to add an experienced Electrical Foreman to its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a strong background in commercial electrical construction who can take ownership of field operations, lead electrical crews, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have recent commercial construction experience, a solid understanding of electrical drawings and specifications, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience within commercial electrical construction.
• At least 2 years of recent experience working as an Electrical Foreman.
• Proven experience leading and coordinating electrical crews.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction plans.
• A solid understanding of NEC requirements, installation standards, and jobsite safety.
• Experience working on commercial projects, including ground‑up construction, tenant improvements, multifamily, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Procore experience is preferred.

Recent commercial electrical construction experience is essential for this opportunity.
