Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for a Houston-based commercial electrical contractor. You will lead field crews, manage daily activities, and ensure safe, on-time project delivery on commercial sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial electrical construction, 2+ years as Foreman, and strong skills in reading electrical drawings, coordinating with PMs and GCs, and applying NEC standards on site. Procore experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction.
• At least 2 years of recent experience as an Electrical Foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety standards.
• Experience on commercial projects: ground-up, tenant improvements, multifamily, healthcare, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction projects.
• Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, and maintain productivity against project schedules.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor installation quality, workmanship, and compliance with the NEC.
• Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and ensure all work follows established safety procedures.
• Track materials, tools, manpower, and job progress to minimise delays and maintain efficiency.
• Identify and resolve field issues while keeping projects moving to schedule.
