Job summary

Trio Electric is seeking a Foreman to lead electrical projects in the Houston area. You will manage labor, materials, and production while providing technical expertise in installation and troubleshooting.

The role requires coordinating Crew Leaders and electricians, maintaining a 3-week look-ahead, and liaising with the GC's superintendent to solve on-site issues. The ideal candidate has a Texas Journeyman Electrician License and 5+ years of foreman or supervisory experience on commercial jobs.

Qualifications

• Texas Journeyman Electrician License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Experience running at least one commercial electrical job and leading multiple crew leaders.
• Strong safety mindset and code compliance.
• Customer-facing service and professional communication.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
• Good teamwork and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Run the job: build and maintain a 3-week look-ahead and plan site labor.
• Inspect progress and equipment to ensure safety and conformance with specs.
• Read blueprints to determine construction requirements.
• Estimate and order materials; assess worker requirements.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule Crew Leaders and electricians.
• Record personnel, production, and operational data.
• Assign work based on material and labor needs; manage licenses.
• Plan layout and installation per job specs and codes.
