Are you a Technology Portfolio Financial Project Analyst with experience supporting large scale Enterprise Portfolios?

This is a w2 contract. No C2C or C2C assistance needed at this time, thank you!

This is a remote contract supporting PST and EST time zones.

The pay is $65.00 an hour w2. Any pharma/biotech/medical devices experience is a HUGE plus!

Anaplan and SAP experience is required.

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Technology Portfolio Manager who has experience supporting budget planning, forecasting, and tracking of project health. This position will report to the Senior Manager – Portfolio Management and will also complete special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Enterprise Technologies project portfolios to ensure compliance with all governance processes
• Work with project teams and leaders to understand demand and prioritize the project backlog
• Guide project and product teams through the ETDG (Enterprise Tech and Data Governance) funding process, providing support and ensuring requirements are met
• Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of project forecasts
• Monitor projects spend and health and escalate concerns for awareness and to receive additional support when needed
• Provide oversight of deliverables for OPEX as it relates for forecast and budget Complete Special Projects as assigned by the Leadership Team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in portfolio and project management and financial / cost management Possesses strong learning agility and technical leadership - ability to breakdown complex topics issues and into practical plans for team execution
• Outstanding communication. attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills
• Works effectively in complex and ambiguous scenarios, thinks strategically, collects, digests, and assembles information to enable meaningful business analyses and decision-making Highly motivated, collaborative, works effectively under minimal supervision and places priority on the completion of team goals
• Successfully balances contending priorities
• Diligent in the quest for process simplification and automation energetic candidate with excellent eye for business
• Solid technical portfolio management and basic financial skills with overall working knowledge of Anaplan, SAP, POWER BI, Excel

Resource will need to cover both PST and EST during crossover hours. Primary will be PST.
