This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a fast-growing renewable energy company that’s transforming access to clean energy through utility-scale and community solar solutions. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis for solar projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with development, operations, and executive teams to evaluate financial performance and optimize investment strategies.
• Create and maintain complex financial models for project portfolios, corporate forecasts, and new market evaluations.
• Perform variance and sensitivity analyses to support business planning and drive operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for internal leadership and external investors.
• Support capital allocation strategies by analysing returns, project economics, and funding requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, policy developments, and market dynamics to inform financial planning assumptions.
• Contribute to building scalable FP&A processes and tools as the organization grows.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles - ideally within energy, infrastructure, or project-based sectors.
• Strong modelling and analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency required, with experience in financial forecasting and scenario planning.
• Demonstrated understanding of renewable energy finance; exposure to utility or community solar is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field required; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
