Alberici is seeking a Project Business Manager to supervise and coordinate activities on project sites across North America, focusing on financial performance, cost control, procurement, and subcontract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Willingness to travel to project locations across North America.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safe, effective and efficient operation of the department/work unit/project unit.
• Handles client change orders and decides when to request a change order and how to price the change order.
• Fully understands and fulfills contractual commitments to the client. Uses Contract Risk Management to understand risks associated with a contract.
• Monitors the financial status of the project by reviewing management reports and talking with Project Management to achieve positive financial performance.
