Job summary

Alberici is seeking a Project Business Manager to supervise and coordinate activities on a North American project site, focusing on financial performance, cost controls, procurement, and document control. The role requires strong leadership and adherence to contractual commitments to deliver value for clients.

The PBM will manage client relations, change orders, and subcontracting plans while ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/engineering or construction management plus 10 years' related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of cost accounting/reporting systems.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project site operations including financials, procurement, and scheduling.
• Review and price client change orders; ensure contractual commitments.
• Monitor project finances to achieve positive profitability and cash flow.
• Lead, train, and develop project team; manage subcontractors.
