Job summary

ON.energy seeks an Associate for the Corporate Development team in New York. You will work directly with senior leadership on capital formation, M&A, board and investor materials, and corporate strategy as the company scales in energy, digital infrastructure, and AI-driven power demand.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of investment banking experience with live deal exposure and a track record of ownership from advisory to execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of investment banking experience or live deal exposure.
• Strong ability to build three-statement, DCF, LBO/returns, and merger models from scratch.
• Experience creating investor materials and board presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support capital formation activities end to end, including investor targeting, diligence, and close.
• Lead M&A and strategic transactions workstreams with external advisors.
• Prepare board and investor materials and track key metrics for leadership and the board.
• Identify growth opportunities, market adjacencies, and strategic partnerships across energy storage, power infrastructure, and data center power.
