Job summary

Mizuho's Project Finance Americas team in New York leads advisory, debt structuring and financing for large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on data centers and power infrastructure. Based in NY, you will help structure, underwrite and execute non-recourse financing alongside senior bankers.

Prepare marketing materials, proposals and analyses, coordinate with product teams and support relationships with developers and sponsors across the digital infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

• MBA/MS/LLM or equivalent with strong quantitative background.
• 2–4 years of Project Finance experience.
• 1 year of credit experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring, underwriting and execution of non-recourse project finance transactions in the digital infrastructure sector.
• Prepare client marketing materials, financing proposals, transaction analysis and internal approval materials.
• Support senior bankers in maintaining relationships with developers, sponsors, infrastructure investors and strategic operators.
