Job summary

Corporate Hiring Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Financial Analyst to manage accounts receivable within project-based finance.

You will support projects from launch through completion, oversee both project and company receivables, and forecast invoicing and cash receipts using ERP data and Excel-driven analyses. You will partner with project managers, Sales, and leadership to monitor financial health, resolve billing discrepancies, reconcile bank accounts, and prepare weekly cash-flow and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
2+ years in accounts receivable, project accounting, or financial analysis.
Experience in a project-based or manufacturing environment preferred.
ERP systems experience and strong Excel skills.
Ability to partner with project teams as a financial advisor.
Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoice generation and collection follow-up.
Establish project billing structures and receivables tracking for new projects.
Manage both project and company receivables.
Monitor project status to forecast invoicing timing and cash receipt.
Reconcile bank accounts and prepare weekly cash flow and receivable reporting.
Partner with project managers, Sales, and leadership on project financial health.
Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with customers and internal departments.
