The role emphasizes GAAP, budgeting, and accurate reporting with strong Excel/JDE usage and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Track project budgets and analyze budget vs actual variances.
• Prepare customer audit reports with operations.
• Provide monthly project reporting and analytics.
• Forecast monthly project reports and explain variances.
• Input contracts, budgets, change orders, and purchase orders in JDE.
• Support project accounting with forecast entries and change orders.
• Ensure adherence to revenue risk controls.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance team.
