Our client, a family-owned general contractor with seven offices and a growing Dallas team, is hiring a Project Executive to lead commercial operations in DFW. This is an office-based leadership role, and the company is known for its people-first culture.

What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day operations from preconstruction through closeout
• Own project planning, cost and schedule analysis, and forecasting
• Manage financial performance, risk, and claims
• Support business development, proposals, and owner relationships
• Approve subcontracts and change orders, and mentor and staff project teams

What we’re looking for:

• 7–10 years as a Senior Project Manager with a major general contractor
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Track record of running large commercial projects ($50M+) on your own, ideally ground-up with heavy concrete
• Strong leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring
• Highly developed project management finance skills

Experience on high-rise, stadium, or mixed-use projects is a strong fit. Healthcare or data center experience is welcome if your background also fits.
