Job summary

Evermont Group is seeking a Project Executive to lead healthcare construction projects across Los Angeles & Orange County. Base salary up to $250,000 with a 10–20% annual bonus, plus a company vehicle and gas card. No out-of-state travel.

Senior responsibility with multiple projects and client relationships, driving growth of the healthcare portfolio in Southern California. The successful candidate will come from a Commercial General Contractor background with extensive healthcare delivery

Qualifications

• Senior-level construction management experience with a Commercial General Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and wider project teams.
• Oversee projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout.
• Maintain accountability for budgets, schedules, contracts, risk, and profitability.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, and subcontractors; guide project strategy.
• Address complex challenges; uphold safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Support pursuit, planning, and procurement with preconstruction/estimating teams.

A nationally recognized, Top ENR-ranked General Contractor is looking to hire a Project Executive to lead healthcare construction projects across the Los Angeles and Orange County Markets.

The business has an established presence throughout Southern California, a strong pipeline of healthcare work, and the resources and infrastructure of a major national contractor.

This position will take senior-level responsibility for multiple projects and project teams, while also playing an important role in strengthening existing client relationships and expanding the company’s healthcare portfolio across Los Angeles.

The successful candidate will come from a Commercial General Contractor background and have significant experience delivering complex healthcare projects, values at $50M+.

There is no out-of-state travel associated with the position, with projects focused specifically within the Los Angeles market.

The Role

• Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and wider project teams
• Oversee projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction, closeout, and turnover
• Maintain overall accountability for budgets, schedules, contracts, risk, and project profitability
• Work closely with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal leadership
• Provide strategic direction and support teams in resolving complex project challenges
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance
• Partner with preconstruction and estimating teams during pursuit, planning, and procurement
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare clients
• Identify future project opportunities and help expand the company's healthcare presence
• Support the recruitment, mentoring, and development of project leadership
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the healthcare business across Los Angeles
