Lithko Contracting is seeking a Project Executive to lead healthcare ground-up projects remotely across the Southeast. You will oversee preconstruction through execution and serve as the executive liaison between clients, regional leadership, and area project teams.

This role requires 10+ years in construction operations, healthcare/mission-critical experience, and a track record of managing $20MM+ projects. Travel 50-80% and a related Bachelor's degree are strongly preferred.

• Healthcare or Mission Critical experience required.
• Proven experience managing complex projects valued at or above $20MM.
• Expertise in Healthcare projects.
• Concrete experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ people.
• Ability to travel 50-80% of the year.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• Lead Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify risks early and implement mitigation with cost and productivity forecasting.
• Lead Teams: Drive operational excellence through leadership, process implementation, and accountability.
• Foster Relationships: Build relationships with General Contractors, clients, Engineers/Architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Project Leadership: Collaborate with Senior Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Logistics Lead for success.

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Project Executive to lead the continued growth and execution of our ground-up Healthcare work across the Southeast. This role owns the suite of operations from preconstruction through planning and execution and is the general executive liaison between our clients, regional executive leadership, and area project teams. Success in this role requires a high degree of business and construction acumen, strong leadership, proactive planning, and adaptability to ensure the projects meet costs, schedules, qualities, and safety standards.

• Create Processes: Develop and implement project-specific processes to address unique project needs.
• Execute with Excellence: Collaborate with key project leadership to plan and execute contractual requirements, focusing on cost, schedule, quality, safety, and environmental considerations, while maintaining elevated reporting standards for major projects.
• Coordinate Resources: Define project needs and allocate field resources in alignment with schedule demands and budget limitations.
• Lead Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify execution risks early and collaborate with leadership to implement mitigation strategies, while maintaining accurate cost and productivity forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead Teams: Drive operational excellence through effective leadership, process implementation, and accountability for peak productivity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster Relationships: Build strong relationships with General Contractors, clients/customers, Engineers/Architects of Record, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Project Leadership: Collaborate regularly with key project leaders such as the Senior Project Manager, Engineering Manager, and Logistics Lead to ensure project success.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction operations and estimating experience.
• Healthcare or Mission Critical experience required.
• Proven experience managing complex projects valued at or above $20MM.
