Job summary

Lithko Contracting seeks a Concrete Senior Project Manager to lead major national industrial and mission critical projects. You’ll guide preconstruction through execution in collaboration with the Project Executive and regional leadership, ensuring cost, schedule, safety, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction operations and estimating experience.
• Datacenter and Advanced Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex projects valued at or above $10MM.
• Expertise in industrial/manufacturing projects.
• Concrete experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams of 3+ people.
• Ability to travel 40-80% of the year.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align Preconstruction and Execution: Validate means, methods, sequencing, and crew logistics to ensure field readiness.
• Know the Project: Deep knowledge of contract requirements and scope to deliver outcomes while mitigating risks.
• Execute with Excellence: Plan and execute contractual requirements focusing on cost, schedule, quality, safety, and reporting for major projects.
• Coordinate Resources: Define project needs and allocate field resources per schedule and budget.
• Lead Teams: Drive operational excellence and accountability across the project lifecycle.
• Foster Relationships: Build strong relationships with GC, clients, engineers/architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Project Leadership: Collaborate with Project Executive, Engineering Manager, and Logistics Lead for project success.
