Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Project Manager for Healthcare Construction to oversee ground-up, TI, tenant improvement, renovation, and related projects across Nashville and the surrounding market. This is an excellent opportunity for growth with an established ENR GC.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, coordinating with architects and engineers, ensuring safety and quality, and communicating progress to clients. Competitive salary up to $130K with strong benefits.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare construction projects.
  • Proven experience in managing ground-up, TI, tenant improvement, renovation, and addition projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and construction workers.
  • Proficiency in using project management software.
  • A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CCM, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.

  • Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Applying for and obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
  • Handling any problems or delays that arise during construction.
  • Providing regular updates to clients on the progress of projects.
