Job summary

CMC Partners seeks a Project Executive to lead large-scale commercial electrical projects in Texas. Project Executive | Electrical Subcontracting

I'm currently supporting the appointment of a Project Executive for a leading electrical subcontracting business in Texas.

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of major electrical construction projects from preconstruction through to completion - with ownership across project execution, manpower, programme, commercial performance, quality, safety, procurement and client/GC relationships.

We're looking for a proven electrical construction leader with experience managing complex commercial projects, coordinating multiple trades and contractors, and driving electrical projects to successful completion while maintaining strong standards around safety, quality, schedule and budget.

The opportunity:

Responsibility for project delivery, field operations, contractors and programme

Oversight of project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance

Leadership of project teams, superintendents and field personnel

Proven knowledge of electrical construction, installation processes, commissioning and coordination

Experience leading project managers, superintendents and field teams

Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality control and compliance

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, owners, consultants and clients

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to drive projects through challenges and successful completion

Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline preferred
