Job summary

First Point Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across multiple large-scale electrical construction projects in the United States. You will oversee project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and development of project management teams.

Responsibilities include guiding PMs and project teams, improving profitability and forecasting accuracy, and collaborating with executives to drive growth while ensuring safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects.
• Prior experience managing multiple project teams and overseeing significant annual revenue portfolios.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Track record of developing high-performing teams and delivering successful projects.

• Partner closely with preconstruction, operations, safety, and executive leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Manage contract negotiations, change order strategy, and claims avoidance efforts.

With a growing portfolio of mission critical, data center, industrial, healthcare, and advanced technology projects, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Executive to provide strategic leadership across multiple large-scale projects and project teams.
