Job summary

Scott Humphrey is partnering with a leading general contractor on a data center project in the Northern Virginia / DMV market. A Project Executive is needed to lead the project from pre-construction through closeout.

The role requires owning project delivery (schedule, budget, quality) for a mission-critical build, guiding a cross-functional team of project managers, superintendents, and engineers, and managing owner/design-team relationships at the executive level to ensure on-time turnover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of large-scale construction experience.
• Experience leading projects in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong background in commercial construction management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery, including schedule, budget, and quality on a data center build.
• Lead cross-functional team of project managers, superintendents, and engineers.

Scott Humphrey is partnering with a leading general contractor on a data center project in the Northern Virginia / DMV market. We’re looking for an experienced Project Executive to lead the project from pre-construction through closeout.

• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement strategy, and risk management

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record leading projects in the [$X–$X] range
• Strong background in commercial construction management and contract administration
