Job summary

Spencer Ogden's client, a leading US general contractor, seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead major data center projects from preconstruction through completion in Texas. You will manage $100M+ data centre programs, oversee MEP, schedule, budget, risk and commercial performance, and lead PMs, CMs, superintendents and trade partners while maintaining strong client relationships.

This role emphasizes safety, quality and successful delivery on high-profile national projects for hyperscale

Qualifications

15+ years of construction experience.
Strong MEP, commercial and client management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead $100M+ data centre projects and senior project teams.
Own project execution, schedule, budget, risk and commercial performance.
Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships.
Oversee complex MEP, construction and commissioning activities.
Lead PMs, CMs, Superintendents and trade partners.
Drive safety, quality and successful project delivery.

They have delivered 610+ data & telecom projects, representing $76B+ in project volume and 12.9GW of capacity, including 6.4GW+ of US data center capacity. They work with major hyperscale and technology clients across the country.
