Job summary

LeoForce in Fort Myers, FL seeks a Project Executive for Commercial Projects to oversee complex, ground-up construction programs from concept to occupancy. The role targets candidates with a Director-level background and a track record in multi-family, retail or light industrial projects.

You will lead client relations, coordinate internal teams, manage safety, quality and schedule, and drive project profitability.

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management.
Experience with Commercial Construction required.
Ground up Multi-family, large retail or light industrial experience preferred.
