Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead $120K-$160K per year ground-up commercial projects around Naples, FL. You will work for an ENR Top Ranked Southeast Commercial General Contractor with no travel and strong benefits.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of construction management experience, a BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and a track record with ground-up commercial builds in the Southwest Florida region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with ground-up commercial construction projects required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ground-up commercial projects in Naples.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget adherence.
