Seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead K-12 and education-focused construction work.
This role is designed for a senior construction leader who understands the complexity of school district projects, public-sector stakeholders, occupied campus environments, phased construction, community visibility, and the importance of schedule certainty around academic calendars.
The ideal candidate will bring strong GC experience, a proven background managing education projects, and the ability to lead client relationships, project teams, preconstruction strategy, execution, financial performance, and long-term account growth.
The Project Executive will provide senior leadership across K-12 construction projects from early pursuit and preconstruction through construction, closeout, and client relationship management.
This person will be responsible for overseeing project teams, supporting school district and owner relationships, managing risk, protecting financial performance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, professionally, and in alignment with client expectations.
The ideal candidate is a senior GC leader who can represent the company well with school districts, lead complex education projects, and develop repeat client relationships.
This person should understand that K-12 work requires more than technical construction ability. It requires patience, communication, planning, public sensitivity, schedule discipline, and the ability to coordinate around students, staff, parents, district leadership, design teams, inspectors, and community stakeholders.
The strongest fit is someone who can lead project teams, protect client relationships, manage financial performance, and help grow a long-term education construction practice in the Seattle market.
