Job summary

Southland Industries seeks an experienced leader to manage a large project team or multiple projects in a dynamic environment. You will staff teams, review performance, and serve as the primary contact for project teams.

Position Summary

This positionis responsible formanaging a large project team/multiple project teams, or multiple small projects including staffing and performance appraisals. Serves asprimarypoint of contact for project team(s).

Position Details

• Provides project status updates to client and leadership.

• Maintains solid client relationships and continuouslysourcesopportunities for revenue.

• Develops and implements strategies.

• Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.

• Participates in project meetings with internal departments.

• Delegates work andservesas mentor to project team. Provides coaching and performancefeedbackas necessary.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience

• Minimum 12 years experience, including minimum 5 years people management experience

• Mastery knowledge of applicable systems design, such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., as well as all design engineering aspects

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communication with all levels of employees,clientsand general contractors

• Strong leadership skills

• Proven ability to lead a large team

• Strong public speaking ability

• Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel

Pay

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington, this ranges from $158,734.00 - $194,008.00 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.

Contingent Employment
