Job summary

MCL Construction is seeking a Project Executive to own outcomes across multiple commercial projects in Omaha. You will lead the portfolio, manage risks, and drive strong client relationships to deliver on time, on budget, and to MCL standards.

The role requires a track record of developing repeat work, leading pursuits and presentations to owners, and deep knowledge of CMAR, Design-Build, GMP, and IPD. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering; 10+ years in commercial construction; 5+ years as a PM with full project accountability.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships resulting in repeat/referral work.
• Comfortable leading pursuits, proposals, and presentations to owners and decision-makers.
• Deep familiarity with CMAR, Design-Build, GMP, and IPD; able to judge fit for projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management with MS Office proficiency.

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering, plus 10+ years in commercial construction, including 5+ as a PM with full project accountability.


• A track record of client development — you generate repeat work because clients trust you.


• Comfortable leading pursuits, proposals, and presentations in front of owners and decision-makers.


• Deep familiarity with CMAR, Design-Build, GMP, and IPD — and the judgment to know which fits.


• Advanced leadership skills, exceptional communication, and strong project management / MS Office proficiency.
