Job summary

Quest Personnel seeks a Project Executive for a leading role in delivering affordable housing rehabilitation projects across New York City. The selected candidate will oversee NYCHA, HPD, Section 8 and occupied rehab initiatives, ensuring project success from preconstruction through completion.

You will own a portfolio of projects, supervise cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers and agencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with senior project management.
• Proven experience delivering affordable housing rehabilitation/renovation projects.
• Experience with NYCHA, HPD, Section 8 or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple affordable housing rehabilitation projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead delivery of NYCHA, HPD, Section 8 and occupied rehabilitation projects.
• Provide senior oversight across project teams, Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Maintain relationships with owners, developers, agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement and performance.
• Identify and resolve commercial, scheduling and construction issues.
• Support project teams with strategy, client management and delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on the portfolio.

Our client, a well-established Developer/General Contractor with a strong presence across the New York affordable housing market, is looking to add an experienced Project Executive to their team.

This is a senior opportunity focused on the delivery and oversight of NYCHA, HPD, Section 8 and occupied affordable housing rehabilitation projects across New York City.

The business has a strong secured pipeline and is looking for someone who can take ownership of a portfolio of projects, work closely with clients and senior leadership, and help drive delivery across the wider business.

What We're Looking For
