$200k – $230k Base + Bonus | Project Executive | Ground-Up Luxury Residential | Jersey City

The project is a high-end, ground-up rental building within a broader, well-funded pipeline. The business operates as an owner/developer, so the role sits close to decision-making, capital, and long-term asset strategy, not just delivery.

Day-to-day, the role leads pre-construction, budgeting, and procurement strategy, oversees the GC and consultant teams, manages programme, cost, and risk, and ensures delivery aligns with ownership expectations. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership, with real influence over how the project is executed from start to finish.
