Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking a Project Executive to lead multi-billion-dollar data centre developments in North America. The role focuses on delivering large-scale projects, mentoring leadership teams, and shaping growth within a rapidly expanding unit.

As the senior on major projects, you will drive schedules, budgets and client relationships, while advancing business development and post-construction activities. Travel will be required to oversee nationwide programmes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as senior leader on major construction projects.
• Proven track record in mission-critical/data-center environments.
• Strong leadership and client-management skills.
• Willingness to travel.

A nationally recognised construction firm is looking for an experienced Project Executive to lead major mission critical construction programmes.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee high-profile hyperscale data centre projects while providing leadership to project teams and helping shape the future growth of a rapidly expanding business unit.

The Role

As Project Executive, you'll have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance and exceptional client satisfaction.

You'll also play a key role in business development, mentoring project leadership teams and supporting long-term strategic growth.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets and delivery strategy
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and field teams
• Manage client relationships at executive level
• Drive commercial performance and project profitability
• Support preconstruction, proposals and strategic planning
• Lead commissioning and project closeout activities
• Mentor future construction leaders across the business

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience as the senior leader on major construction projects
• Previous Project Executive, Director or equivalent leadership experience
• Mission critical or data centre experience highly desirable
• Strong commercial, operational and client management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making ability
• Willingness to travel as required
