Job summary

Southland Industries seeks a capable professional to support the project team on smaller, less complex projects. You will assess how changes affect cost, manage change orders, and ensure accurate tracking.

You will procure equipment, materials, and services and help select subcontractors while staying updated on industry trends. The role requires basic HVAC/plumbing knowledge and ability to read drawings, plus ERP familiarity and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience.
• Basic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing and printing job cost reports.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing design.
• Ability to read mechanical and plumbing drawings.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel.
