Job summary

Htprof is seeking a senior healthcare construction leader in Denver to drive complex hospital projects. You will manage teams, coordinate with owners and design teams, and oversee phasing and infection control measures in occupied environments.

Responsibilities include preconstruction support, BD efforts in healthcare, and leading project reviews while ensuring regulatory compliance and life-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience.
• Experience with hospital renovations and occupied environments.
• Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in regulated environments.
• Ability to grow healthcare client relationships and business development efforts.

• Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects and engineers.
• Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
• Support the preconstruction team.
• Support business development efforts including RFP responses and client interviews in the healthcare sector.
• Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILSM).

Position Requirements

• Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems


• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments


• Ability to support and grow healthcare client relationships and business development efforts


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Good client management skills and ability to lead teams through the preconstruction and construction process, especially with healthcare systems and facility teams


• Bluebeam experience/capability desired


• Procore experience/capability desired
