Rila Recruitment partners with a well respected General Contractor to hire a Project Executive for key commercial and multifamily construction projects. You will lead a team, stay close to estimating, and play an active role in how projects are delivered.

This role centers on operations and preconstruction, mentoring Project Managers and Project Engineers, balancing leadership with hands-on involvement on complex projects such as life sciences, manufacturing, or multifamily ground up work.

Qualifications

• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Balance leadership with hands-on involvement when needed.
• Experience with complex, technical commercial construction projects (life sciences, manufacturing, or multifamily ground up).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project professionals and coordinate cross-functional work.

We are partnering with a well respected General Contractor on a key Project Executive hire leading highly technical commercial and multifamily residential construction projects.

This role sits at the intersection of operations and preconstruction. You will lead a team, stay close to estimating, and play an active role in how projects are delivered.

The Project Executive is someone who:

• Enjoys mentoring and developing Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Can balance leadership with being hands on when needed
• Brings experience with complex, technical commercial construction projects such as life sciences, manufacturing, or has multifamily residential ground up experience
