Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Project Manager in Jersey City, NJ for a 6-month contract. The role requires strong experience in task estimation, resource scheduling, risk/issue management, and stakeholder management, delivering projects with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, work breakdown structures, critical path analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to senior management. This contract pays $70/hr (W2) and is based in Jersey City, NJ.

Qualifications

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project task estimation, resource scheduling, risk and issue management, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to deliver projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies while managing scope, schedule, budget, and benefits.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including executive reporting.
• Experience managing budgets, financial forecasts, and benefits realization with solid business case development.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Experience operating in hybrid delivery models across multiple concurrent projects.
