GARVER LLC is seeking a highly organized Project Execution Coordinator for the Little Rock, AR office to support our Finance Operations group.

You will drive accountability, remove obstacles, and move initiatives from discussion to execution, partnering with leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years of project management, program management, business operations, or similar experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong experience holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Advanced proficiency with Asana.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills.

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Project Execution Coordinator for our Little Rock, AR, office to support our Financial Operations organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a force multiplier for leadership by driving accountability, ensuring commitments are met, removing obstacles, and creating organizational capacity. This individual will partner with project leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives move from discussion to execution. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to navigate difficult conversations, strong project management expertise, and the confidence to influence outcomes without direct authority. The right candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, embraces ownership, asks thoughtful questions, and relentlessly drives projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Execution and Accountability

• Lead project tracking and execution across multiple initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years of project management, program management, business operations, or similar experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong experience holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
