Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Estimating or Preconstruction.
• Proficient in Sage/Timberline, MS Project, MS Office, On-Screen Take Off.
• Proven leadership in project settings.
• Strong budget establishment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist or lead estimating and preconstruction on projects.
• Develop budgets, quantities, pricing with project team.
• Set up bid tab sheets and lead GMP bidding.
• Coordinate with trade partners and design teams.
• Mentor entry-level estimators.
