Job summary

Arcadia Inc. in Stamford, CT is seeking a Project Estimator / Project Manager to support front-end estimating and full project execution. You will prepare quotes, coordinate documentation, and manage customer relationships to ensure smooth material flow through production.

The role requires strong technical estimating skills, architectural drawing interpretation, and proficiency with ERP systems and BIM tools. English communication and collaboration with vendors and teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years estimating in construction or production environments.
• Experience with aluminum storefronts, curtain walls, unitized facades, windows or steel construction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and schematics.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of hardware requirements (locks, cylinders, etc.).
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes and cost estimates for projects.
• Coordinate project documentation and material flow through production.
• Manage customer relationships and vendor communications.
• Support front-end estimating and the full project lifecycle.
