Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates (conceptual, preliminary, definitive) for new and existing projects.
• Develop pricing models and quantify scope based on specifications and drawings.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather documentation for estimates.
• Perform value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Develop and maintain estimation tools, databases, and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans for uncertainties.
• Present estimates and options to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for competitive pricing and best value.
• Track costs and variances through the project lifecycle and update estimates as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
