Everforth Apex seeks a motivated Project Estimator II to prepare and manage cost estimates for diverse projects across wind, solar, energy storage, and infrastructure domains. The role emphasizes accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with corporate goals, with opportunities to grow professionally.

You will lead estimates, develop pricing models, and evaluate innovative technologies while coordinating with engineering and procurement teams to ensure best value and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with cost estimation software or tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project cost estimates (conceptual to definitive).
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather specs and drawings.
• Develop pricing models and perform value engineering to reduce costs.
• Track project costs and variances throughout the lifecycle and update estimates as needed.
• Present estimates and options to senior management and clients.
