• Review plans, specifications, bid documents, and addenda to perform detailed material and labor takeoffs.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies while supporting project profitability and operational success.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, field leadership, and operations teams during preconstruction and project handoff.
• Participate in job walks, client meetings, proposal reviews, and presentations as needed.
• Support change orders, value engineering, scope reviews, and estimating best practices in accordance with NFPA standards.
